For Veterans, By Veterans.
Your service, translated into your next role.
LinkedIn, a portfolio, and a full resume rewrite, built from your service record and photos. Built to get past the recruiter and the ATS, not just look nicer.
Why the translation matters
A service record gets you filtered. A profile and a portfolio get you remembered.
Recruiters don't speak military
A headline that still reads "13B" or "Motor Sergeant" loses a civilian hiring manager in the first five seconds.
Screening software doesn't either
Most 2026 hiring runs through AI-assisted screening that's never heard of an MOS code. Acronyms don't get surfaced.
The record still needs evidence
"Managed accountability for $2M in equipment" reads differently next to the photo that backs it up.
No subscriptions, no monthly fees. One flat price, shown up front, before you talk to anyone.
One build, not three vendors. LinkedIn, portfolio, and resume come out of the same pass, not pieced together.
Real photos, not templates. Every portfolio is built around your own service, not a stock layout.

Add-ons
Make it work harder for your target role.
Your resume rewritten a second time around the language and priorities of one specific industry, healthcare, construction, IT, logistics, whatever you're actually targeting.
A matching cover letter built off the same story as your resume and LinkedIn, ready to send with your first application.
A separate resume built to the USAJobs format federal and GS-level roles actually require, a different document from a standard civilian resume.
Small edits to your LinkedIn or resume for 30 days after delivery, for when a new job posting calls for a small tweak.
Process
Four steps, from service record to something you'd send anyone.
Send over the raw material
Service record, current resume, photos, and any award citations or promotion orders you have. Don't have a resume? No problem, we'll build you one from scratch. Nothing needs to be polished.
Your service gets mapped
Your MOS, rank, and awards get translated into civilian language without softening what you actually did.
Draft, review, revise
Drafts come back for your notes, with revisions made as needed until it reads like you. By the pre-final draft, LinkedIn is already updated.
Delivered and live
LinkedIn goes live under your account. Portfolio ships as a site plus a long and a short PDF.
Who this is built for
Serving those who served.
Every branch. Every rank. Any point in the transition.
CallSign is built around translating military service into a civilian narrative that actually lands. It doesn't matter if you're three weeks from ETS or a full career removed from your last formation. If the language on your resume still sounds like a duty description instead of a qualification, that's the gap this closes.
- Service members retiring or working through TAP/terminal leave
- Veterans who separated recently and are applying for their first civilian role
- Veterans years removed from service, ready for their next move
- Anyone whose service record and resume undersell what they actually did in uniform

Founding clients
The first reviews are being written right now.
CallSign just opened its doors, which means there's no wall of five-star quotes to show you yet. Manufacturing one isn't how this gets built. Every package is priced as a founding-client rate while the first cohort goes through the process. Real feedback replaces this section as soon as it exists.
Built by a veteran, for veterans
Sergio Bodden
I served six years in the Army as a Heavy Equipment Sergeant, responsible for equipment accountability, fleet maintenance, and logistics. None of that fit cleanly into a civilian resume when I got out, so I built my own translation first: what I'd actually done, in language a construction employer would recognize. That portfolio is the test case CallSign is built on.
Every build runs through the same standard I held that one to: if a hiring manager only has ninety seconds, does the translation land in that ninety seconds, and does the evidence back it up.
Questions
Before you reach out
I don't know how to talk about my MOS in civilian terms. Is that a problem?+
That's most of what comes through the door. Bring the duty title and what you did with it. The translation is the job.
Do you work with every branch and MOS?+
Yes: any branch, any job code, any rank. The method stays the same across all of them.
I don't have professional photos. Does that matter?+
Not really. Phone photos work fine. Part of the build is picking the right handful and organizing them so they read as intentional.
How long does a build take?+
About a week for a LinkedIn overhaul. Two to three weeks for a portfolio or the Complete Package.
Why not just do this myself?+
You can, and plenty of people do. The part that's hard to see from the inside is how your own record reads to someone who's never worn a uniform. That's the actual work: translating duty titles and MOS language into terms a civilian recruiter and an ATS both recognize, then backing it up with evidence. That's what you're paying for, not formatting.
I'm still on active duty or in terminal leave. Can this stay discreet?+
Yes. Everything runs over email, nothing publishes until you approve it, and the portfolio can be built unlisted.
I don't have a resume. Is that a problem?+
Not at all. Every package includes a full resume rewrite, built from your service record and a conversation rather than an existing document, so you'll walk away with one ready to submit to jobs even if you're starting from nothing.
My resume is outdated or messy. Is that a problem?+
That's normal, not an obstacle. Send over whatever you have, however out of date, and it gets rebuilt from there alongside your service record.
Can I request changes after delivery?+
Each package includes revision rounds before delivery, one round on the LinkedIn Overhaul and the Career Portfolio Build, two rounds on the Complete Package. After that, updates can be booked separately as your career moves, or added with the 30-Day Post-Launch Touch-Ups add-on.
